Led by husband and wife team, Dr Joe Watson and Dr Raashi Tiwari, we are passionate about our practice ethos of ensuring ‘gentle and caring dental excellence is at the heart of everything we do’.
We are therefore proud of the depth of skills and experience within our forward-thinking team of highly trained dental professionals. As a team, we take a gentle approach to dentistry and we aim to ensure that each of our patients are able to relax in the knowledge that they are in safe, caring and capable hands whilst they are in our care.
Dr Joe Watson
Principal Dentist

Originally from Belfast, Joe graduated with Commendation in General Dentistry from the University of Glasgow in 2011. Committed to providing high-quality, patient-focused care, he completed postgraduate training in IV Sedation in 2013, helping nervous patients feel more relaxed and comfortable during treatment.
Joe is a member of the British Dental Association and the International Team for Implantology (ITI). He has undertaken further training in clear aligner orthodontics (“invisible braces”) and facial aesthetics, including anti-wrinkle treatments.
With a strong commitment to professional development and clinical excellence, Joe was awarded Membership of the prestigious Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow after successfully completing his Diploma examinations. He further advanced his expertise by returning to university part-time in 2016 to complete a Master’s degree in Dental Implantology at the University of Manchester over two years.
Joe has a particular passion for continually advancing his skills to ensure patients receive the highest standard of modern dental care. In recognition of his dedication to dentistry, he was a finalist for Best Young Dentist UK at the 2022 UK Dentistry Awards.
Outside of work, Joe enjoys playing golf (with mixed success!) and spending quality time with family and friends.

Dr Raashi Tiwari

Raashi graduated from the University of Glasgow in 2011 and has since pursued extensive postgraduate training to provide patients with the highest standard of modern dental care. Her advanced training includes cosmetic orthodontics and IV Sedation, with a particular focus on anxiety management for nervous patients.
Alongside fixed braces, Raashi is a fully trained and accredited Invisalign Go Provider, offering discreet teeth straightening solutions tailored to patients’ individual needs. She has also completed extensive training in facial aesthetics and enjoys helping patients enhance their natural features through anti-wrinkle treatments and dermal fillers.
Dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centred dentistry, Raashi is particularly valued for her calm and reassuring manner, helping even the most nervous patients feel relaxed and at ease throughout their treatment.
Outside of the practice, Raashi enjoys outdoor adventures including walking, cycling, and travelling, but most of all values spending quality time with her family.

Kamal graduated from Dundee University and he completed his post graduate training in Newport-on-Tay. He has since returned to Glasgow where he has been working in Bo’Ness. He joined our team at Tiwari Watson Dental Care in 2019. He enjoys all aspects of general dentistry, and also treating those who are anxious. Kamal has a relaxed and calm approach to dentistry, and he will always strive to do his best for his patients. He is a keen runner and having grown up in Glasgow he enjoys trying out new local restaurants with his wife, and spending time with family & friends.

Lydia is the most recent dentist to join the team at Tiwari Watson Dental Care. She graduated from the University of Glasgow with Honours and has completed post graduate training with the Royal College of Surgeons and Physicians in England. She has spent time working in both hospital and the public dental service but enjoys the the variety and busy pace of working in general practice.
Lydia originally comes from Ireland and has just returned from New Zealand where she worked in general practice too. With a dual qualification in Dental Hygiene-Therapy, the treatment Rebecca offers varies widely from stain removal to fillings and treating paediatric patients. She has an excellent approach and demeanour when working with children. Rebecca’s encouragement and enthusiasm ensures patients are well educated and motivated in caring for their dental health. Outside of dentistry, Rebecca enjoys living a healthy lifestyle by going to the gym and attending fitness classes. Rebecca enjoys spending weekends at the family retreat in St Andrews, Fife.

Her comprehensive training at the Edinburgh Dental Institute provided extensive experience in preventive, restorative, and paediatric dentistry within community dental settings.
Laura takes pride in providing patient-centred treatment, focusing on prevention, education, and minimally invasive techniques to promote long-term oral health.
Dedicated to continual professional development, Laura regularly attends courses and seminars to enhance her clinical skills and stay current with advancements in dentistry related to her scope of practice. Her calm and compassionate approach helps patients of all ages feel at ease, ensuring a positive dental experience and confident, healthy smiles
Outside of work Laura enjoys keeping fit, travelling, meeting new people and socialising.

Practice Manager
Sharon has been an integral part of TWDC since 2015 and brings over 30 years of practice management experience to the team. She qualified as a dental nurse in 1989, spending her early career working chairside for around five years before moving into reception and patient care.
Her passion for dentistry and strong organisational skills led to her being offered a Practice Manager role at a previous practice, where she first met Raashi over 15 years ago. Since then, Sharon has built a wealth of experience in managing successful dental practices and continues to enjoy her role immensely.
At Tiwari Watson Dental Care, Sharon works largely behind the scenes to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the practice, although patients may occasionally see her on reception when cover is needed.
Outside of work, Sharon enjoys spending quality time with her family and her little dog, Millie, dining out, and travelling on holiday.

Bili
Assistant Manager and Treatment Co-ordinator
Bili is our assistant manager and treatment coordinator at TWDC, she first started back in 2016 as a dental nurse and since then has advanced her scope of practice by gaining a HND qualification to allow her to take x-rays, impressions (moulds) and also IV sedation.
Bili really enjoys helping patients through their treatment journey from the first initial consultation to seeing the end results helping the patient achieve their dream smile. Bili’s role as a treatment coordinator is help our patients have a seamless treatment journey by coordinating patient care plans such as conducting smile consultations, explaining and managing treatment plans, scheduling appointments, discussing payment options while building rapport with our patients. If you have any questions Bili is always there to help in any way she can.
In her spare time Bili enjoys spending time with her family, running and travelling the world.

Tiegan
Lead Dental Nurse
Tiegan first joined Tiwari Watson Dental Care as a trainee dental nurse in February 2017. She also attended college during this time as part of her training and gained her professional qualification (SCQ level 3 and PDA in Dental Nursing) in January 2018.
Tiegan has experience on reception but mostly works alongside our dentist Joe assisting with dental implants & other private treatments. Tiegan is also undergoing her Radiography qualification to advance her skills and allow her to take x-rays.
In her spare time Tiegan likes to spend time with her family, go to the gym & go on holiday.

Dental Nurse
Drew began as a trainee dental nurse in 2015 and then went on to gain her SVQ in dental nursing in 2017. Drew started with us in December 2020 as a dental nurse. Drew also works on reception on a thursday and is always happy to help with any questions. Drew likes to help patients get over their fear of the dentist and make everyone feel as comfortable as possible. In Drews spare time she enjoys spending time with family.

Dental Nurse
Lauryn joined TWDC in 2022. You will find her working alongside our fabulous dentists or on reception.
Lauryns favourite thing about working here is the team, helping out patients and seeing patients leave with a smile on their face. Lauryn is also one of our nurses who is qualified in sedation.
In Lauryns spare time she enjoys spending it with friends and family and going out for food.

Katlyn
Dental Nurse
Katyn joined the team at the end of 2021 as a trainee dental nurse, she qualified as a dental nurse in 2023 through an apprenticeship program with us.
Previously Katlyn worked as a cocktail bartender/hostess in Glasgow before making the move to become a dental nurse and training alongside the team. Katlyn feels the best part about working here is the support and encouragement you receive from the team over all as well as continuously learning and improving on new and current skills.
Katlyn is currently working towards gaining a qualification in IV sedation to be able to help our nervous patients out there.
In Katlyns spare time she like to crochet and spend time with her family and friends.

Sophie joined Tiwari Watson Dental Care in 2023 as a Trainee Dental Nurse through an apprenticeship programme while working towards her qualification. Since qualifying as a Dental Nurse in 2026, she has enjoyed supporting patients and helping them feel relaxed and comfortable throughout their treatment journey. Sophie also assists on reception, providing a warm and friendly welcome to patients.
Dedicated and caring, Sophie enjoys being part of a team that helps patients feel at ease and supported during their visits to the practice.
Outside of work, Sophie enjoys going to the gym, taking her dog Milo on long walks, and spending quality time with her family.

Dental Nurse
Megan is a qualified and GDC-registered dental nurse with over 9 years of experience in general, cosmetic dentistry and orthodontics. She enjoys supporting patients throughout their treatment and is particularly passionate about helping nervous patients feel relaxed and comfortable.
Megan has additional training in radiography, oral health, impression taking and orthodontic nursing and works closely with the clinical team to provide high-quality patient care.
Outside of work, she enjoys speaking time with family and friends and going to the gym.

Chloe is a qualified GDC registered dental nurse with over 4 years of experience in the dental industry. She enjoys supporting patients throughout their smile journey, ensuring they feel comfortable and relaxed during every visit. Chloe finds it incredibly rewarding seeing patients’ confidence grow through their smile transformations and loves witnessing the excitement and happiness when they achieve their dream smile. Her calm, friendly nature and dedication to excellent patient care help create a welcoming environment for everyone who visits the practice.
Outside of work, Chloe enjoys keeping active at the gym, shopping, and spending quality time making memories with her friends and family.
