At Tiwari Watson Dental Care, we are committed to providing high standards of care and service to all our patients. We welcome feedback and take concerns seriously. If something has not met your expectations, we want to know so we can put things right and continue to improve our service.

We aim to deal with concerns promptly, fairly and respectfully, in line with NHS Scotland complaints guidance and General Dental Council (GDC) standards.

Raising a Concern or Complaint

If you are unhappy with any aspect of your care, treatment or experience at the practice, we encourage you to let us know as soon as possible.

You can raise a concern about:

•  The service or facilities we provide
•  Communication or patient experience
•  A member of the practice team
•  Administrative or appointment-related issues

Where possible, we will try to resolve concerns quickly and informally at the time.

We aim to investigate and respond fully within 20 working days. If this is not possible, we will keep you informed and explain any delay.

We are committed to handling complaints fairly, sensitively and confidentially. Raising a concern will not affect the care or treatment you receive from our team.
